We all have times in our lives when things aren’t working as we want them to and would benefit from connection, compassion and perspective. My approach is about learning how problems develop as a way of coping and helping you find new ways of understanding and responding to your needs.
I have a master’s degree in family therapy, and am also a clinical supervisor with over 20 years of experience in community health. I can effectively work with several therapeutic issues, and see individuals, couples, or families, ages 18+.
My aim is to provide a space that’s warm and supportive so you can take steps towards your goals. I believe empathy, humour and courage help in this process a lot.
I’m a great therapist for people who don’t like therapy or never thought they’d try it. I love working people from diverse cultures, and respectfully support clients who live their lives in traditional or alternative ways. I see you as the expert on your life, and will work with you to find your strengths and build from there.
